Orders submitted after 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Delivery estimates begin after the order has completed processing.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations where carriers cannot deliver.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. TRUE VIBE WEAR is not liable for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once transferred to the carrier, the package becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
